Ok ladies, so, as you know by now I started looking at herbal remedies and how I could relieve the pain caused my endometriosis and also to correct any fertility issues I may have. Don't get me wrong I was skeptical at first, but, I gave it a go and I have been pleasantly surprised. I mean there's no quick fix for either Endometriosis or Infertility but over time you will see a difference. you just have to be consistent!

So below are the herbs that I chose to use after careful research and you will find the quantities and how I take them on my fertility cleanse recipe. (Please do speak to your healthcare provider before trying these remedies)

Peppermint

Peppermint - Contains vitamins A, C and B12. Also includes the essential pregnancy B vitamin folate. The natural form of folic acid. Peppermint also reduces stress among a few others including gas, bloating and indigestion.

Stinging Nettle

Stinging Nettle - Tones and nourishes the uterus. Loaded with chlorophyll it will help to sustain embryo once conception occurs. Vitamin K, promotes successful lactation and copious milk supply as well. Stinging Nettle also works as a natural form of anti-histamine.

Red Raspberry Leaf

Red Raspberry Leaf - Clears toxins from your system that may be preventing pregnancy. Strengthens the uterine wall which may increase the chances of embryo implantation and reduces the chance of early miscarriage. Red Raspberry Leaf can also be used during pregnancy to strengthen and tone the uterus.

Chasteberry A.K.A. Vitex

Chasteberry - This also referred to as Vitex Agnus Castus. one of the most useful fertility herbs available to us, and my personal favourite. It inhibits the follicle - stimulating hormone (FSH). Chasteberry increases the secretion of luteinising hormone (LH), which in turn increases progesterone.

Effective at lengthening the luteal phase which is usually shortened in women with Menstrual Cycle Disorders. Reducing a variety of PMS symptoms including breast pain, tenderness, migraines and improves irregular periods. Treats PCOS and mild Endometriosis and can prevent it from advancing.

Green Tea

Green Tea - Has been rumoured to help conception by virtue of its antioxidants that help prevent cellular damage to reproductive organs and make them more viable.

Hypoxanthine is believed to be necessary for the follicular fluid that helps eggs mature and get ready for fertilisation. They are thought to prevent chromosomal abnormalities, which can lead to miscarriage and implantation failure. However, I would recommend drinking decaffeinated.

Lady's Mantle

Lady's Mantle - Often described as a miracle that prevents many gynaecological problems but also helps conception. Some doctors even believe that if women drink Mantle tea regularly and as prevention, there would be less problems and waiting rooms would be half empty. Mantle tea is known to be helpful for intestinal problems, diabetes, and is often recommended for problems with conceiving because of its ability to stimulate and energise hormones in a woman's body. It has a positive influence on the uterus and it's tissue, and you can drink this tea before baby's delivery for strengthening the uterus.

Other health benefits of Lady's Mantle is that it calms down several psychological disorders that can be caused by hormone imbalance. Decreases anxiety, nervousness and helps with insomnia.
